THE
CHURCH: CHRIST IS THE CHURCH
(6
July 2008 by Carl A. Patton)
Greetings Brethren,
Peace be unto you. To the Church
and believing Christians everywhere. As the Spirit descends upon me this Lord’s
Day I see the Church.
There is a physical building and
there is the heart. But where is Jesus in this picture? We pray that these
words sent from Heaven will edify, uplift and bring comfort in peace to the
brethren.
Gracious
Lord we are grateful
and
filled with thanks that
you
inspired the great Prophets,
the
Apostles to render in writing
the
laws for the Church.
A
building stood that housed
countless
people and the people
who
rivaled its stature sought to
build
greater stones to house even
more
people.
Soon
many lies were told to
get
the numerous often lost
people
to fill up the great
auditoriums
now called Churches.
The
more tickets sold the greater
was
the money changing.
Meanwhile
even in the midst of
so
many people and the great
emphasis
on selling tickets there
was
a remnant of the true Church.
They
often were disturbed by the
Church
goers as they looked to the Bible.
Looking
and embracing John they
also
leaned on the bosom of
Jesus.
They felt his heart.
This
was/is the Church. Can
You
see life without Jesus?
Nor
can you see the Church without
God
and Christ.
I
stood as John did. We pray that
you
will also. There is no need for a
Revelation
to the unseen to see
Jesus.
The Revelation has already come.
Peace and Paradise Carl A. Patton a
willing servant of our Savior Christ Jesus writing for the FreedomJournal 14
