STIMULUS FOR THE RICH AND POOR (10 April 2009 by
Carl A. Patton)
In the name of God Master,
of the Universe, Ruler of the earth
Greetings Brethren,
Peace be
unto you. To the Church and believing Christians everywhere.
To those that believe in the Bible as the supreme authority that governs all of
humankind. In this we give thanks to God the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit
that leads and guides us the straightway.
We bear witness that the interests
of the poor have very little to do with the interests of the rich or the
middle-class. With no stocks or bonds nor money saved the poor have very little
interest in the economic and financial affairs and problems of Wall Street. However
some that have since time immemorial played the Numbers (Lottery) have looked
to the numbers of Dow Jones as many Lottery Bankers fixed the Number to this
daily figure. But to be honest the greatest challenge to the masses is day to
day survival. This means food to eat a place to live and basic necessities
regarding clothing, lights and water.
The
Blessing Of Living Each Day
Beloved
I saw John Po in material things
although
he cried not, stimulated by the
righteous
Word of God as he embraced
Jesus.
His Spirit was thus aroused in prayer
as
he prayed for all of humankind the rich
and
the poorest of the Po.
Bankers,
money changers, big business waited
on
Samuel the great uncle of the rich and the
poor
to bailout industry for some and provide
jobs
for many they said. However the poor just
wanted
a decent job and some grits and gravy.
If
the biscuits were there he would sop.
Meanwhile
this same uncle partial as he could
be,
looked for ways to find billions often in a
pot
with no chicken among the masses. Food
banks
suffered and stamps used for food were
cut
off reduced and reasoned away. Where
and
what would the Prophets eat today?
Would
John the Baptist and Jesus stand with the
rich
on Wall Street or the poor that wandered the
streets
and lived from one hand out and put out to
the
next? John looked on as he knew the answer.
Meanwhile
the rich stored, stashed and hoarded
everything
in sight, the poor lived from day to day.
John
said the Word said look not to tomorrow but
today.
Hence tomorrow will also come and there also
will
be a blessing as each day we liveth we see Jesus.
Jesus
is the great stimulator for all things. Again we
bear
witness that the answer to the trials and tribulations
of
the filthy rich and pitiful poor is found in Christ.
