STEREOTYPES, TOLEARANCE & REALITY

Greetings Brethren,
Peace be unto you. There are so
many diverse and varied people that walk and crawl upon the land called earth.
However there will always be those in every group that see not the Godly
sentiment of “no respecter of persons.” Therefore who are dismayed and
surprised at statements called out about race? Black, White, Brown, Red and
Yellow have often bowed to mere moments of reality as they reveal what the
world has rendered to be custom, and tradition.
Will
They Eat Cake Or Corn Bread?
The
world is consumed with very little
pity
and benevolence for those that have
been
used as cannon fodder and tyrannized
for
labor, diamonds, gold and land.
All
of humankind thus have a culture a
ethnic
lineage and past. A diverse group
believe
that certain things like spirituals
brought
on blues and then jazz.
Tolerance
to some took on a new birth as
peace
and good-will to all became in vogue.
Just
who could bring all of human-kind
together
to love and respect each other?
Meanwhile
realities cast their lot. Some lived
with
a legacy of servitude and race took
hold.
The campaign to be superior still lingered
in
the hearts and minds of a myriad of people.
Inferiority
as a complex also loomed ahead
of
countless human souls that had been historically
down-trodden.
So were the realities of Sam-Bo
and
those that stepped and fetched the Ham-Bone.
However
all did not relish and savor hog
guts,
pig feet, pig ears, pig tails, mountain oysters and
hog
head cheese as delicacies for all that came
from
“The Land of the Blacks.”
All
these people also could not sing and dance.
Some
knew rhythm but missed the beat. A
multifarious
number also were black, brown,
yellow
and light skin. Some also had good hair.
Good
hair, bad hair, black, mulatto and brown
as
some in sundry times were perceived by many outside
and
inside as smart, and suited for house chores
while
Black Willie and Nappy head Annie worked the field.
Peace
and Paradise,
