Greetings my dearly Beloved Brethren,

It is for certain that if we believe in the Bible and love God we should be able to see great Revelations. Therefore beloved, if Jesus Christ the Savior of humankind as willed by the Father   wanted us to embrace a certain race pride where is it in the Word? THE SEED OF ABRAHAM EXTENDS TO ALL OF HUMANKIND THAT ACCEPTS JESUS CHRIST.

We confess that we will put nothing before God. "Is that right?" Then why do we come proclaiming the Black Messiah. He is the Messiah of all humankind that embrace Him thus let the record speak for itself.  Is there any sympathy for your White brothers? The record of humankind shows that White Supremacy has had a ringing affect among most White people. Thus most if not all of these people that profess to be Christians are stunned with the message of a Black Messiah.

The White Messiah has caused many Blacks to lose touch with reality. Is this also true with the notation of a Black Messiah among the White community?

On a further note Black people are not the only people rejected. The Word teaches that the greatest rejection is among the Truth-Seekers. They maybe any hue, color, race are ethnic line.

LET IT BE WRITTEN THE FREEDOMJOURNAL IS NOT SOLELY REJECTED BECAUSE WE ARE BLACK. WE ARE REJECTED BECAUSE WE STAND ON TRUTH. AND WE MAKE CLEAR THAT THE TRUTH WE SPEAK OF COMES FROM GOD.

Peace and Love,

Carl Patton writing for the FreedomJournal September 29, 2002 in the year of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

RACE AND GOD (BLACK NOR WHITE)

PART 7: THE BIBLE AND THE DESCRIPTION OF JESUS

In the name of Jehovah God, Master of the universe, Ruler of the earth.

As the seeds of rebellion to God were sown there came about a backlash that has a fury that is parallel to the original seeds of rebellion and disobedience. Here we see a primary word used in the previous statement in rebellion.

"What do you mean by rebellion FreedomJournal?"

"Well Truth you failed to mention that the use of rebellion involves additional words to form the phrase, "rebellion to God." There is a rebellion to God when you distort and use scripture to allegedly justify exploitation of other human beings. For example Preachers that use aspects of the Old Law and make changes to suit the Old, New and contemporary lust for money through Tithing rebel against God. Also the captains of the slave ships and the plantation masters that used the Bible to justify slavery rebelled against God."

For the record and for the wise. The FreedomJournal has placed some thought into the theories regarding the merger of the right and the left. Moving from right to left and left to right opposing views at some point often merge and form parallel positions. Thus, we find certain agreement but for different reasons. Ingrained in the previous brief depiction of the merger of radical left with conservative right we see the merging of White and Black Supremacy around the issues of White Jesus and Black Jesus.

However, please allow us to delve into this question at the crux. Since those that ascribe to a Black Jesus use the Bible to justify their conclusions what does the Bible reveal about this question?

"Pardon the intrusion FreedomJournal but we beg you to take your time and explain what is found in the scriptures as clearly as possible."

In the first chapter of the last Book of the Bible we find several scriptures that implore some of our brethren to cry out for a Black Jesus. However we note that a clear understanding of the purpose of the Book of Revelation should shed considerable light on our understanding of the questions before us.

The verses most often noted to identify Jesus as Black are as follows:

Rev. 1: 14. "His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;"

1:15. And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters."

Before we note further meaning to these two verses, we will mention several verses prior to the 14th and 15th verses.

"Wait one minute my brother. Would you please tell us something about the symbols and things in the Book of Revelation that often confuse many people?"

Truth we are grateful for your question. It is for sure that many people are confused about Revelation and have a limited understanding of the purpose of the Book. God directed John to write a Book (Revelation) with symbols that would rest in harmony with the facts of religion, history, politics etc. The symbols reveal facts regarding authentic history. Revelation is filled with predictions and prophecy noted in symbols.  For the record the symbolic part of the Book of Revelation is included in chapters 4 through 20. The first 3 chapters and the 2 remaining chapters at the close of the Book are similar to the rest of the New Testament Books. Now to get a firm and basic understanding of our primary scriptures, we will begin with verse 1.

Rev. 1:1. The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

The Revelation is from Jesus Christ who was sent by God the Father. The Revelation would come to pass and also be in the future. John was one of the 12 Apostles the Revelation was sent to him and the bearer was an angel sent by the Lord. Please make note of the existence of an angel bearing the Revelation as we move to our verses that some think describe the Son of God Jesus Christ.

Rev. 1:2. "Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw."

Who is a pronoun that is concerning John the writer of this Book? John (bare record) reveals that he is making a record of what he saw. What he saw was according to the testimony of Jesus Christ.  What Christ revealed through an angel is the Word of God and the Father gave Christ this authority.  Remember brethren an angel is rendering the message to John. Christ has made the ascension to be with the Father in heaven during this time of the Christian Dispensation.

Rev. 1:3. "Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand."

One is blessed by reading the Book of Revelation. However there are three significant terms that the reader is advised to embrace in reading this Book. Reading the prophecy renders a blessing and happiness. Also, one must hear the words and give heed to their meaning. The reader must also keep it and observe the Revelation. The time is at hand as the historical record unfolds.
