Greetings Brethren:
We declare as
Almighty God is our witness and Judge that God wants His people to have Wisdom.
Truth and Knowledge are also a part of Wisdom. All three are necessary to
receive Healing and Salvation.
Don't deny the Truth
of God. Ask and ye shall receive. Reject Truth and suffer a fate of No Return.
Peace and Love,

CHRISTIANITY: FALSE TEACHING, FALSE
DOCTRINES
THE MIRACLE OF HEALING
PART 10: SOLOMON PRAYS: GOD WILL HEAL
THE LAND
(2 CHRONICLES 7:14 & 1-22)
In
the name of God, Master of the universe, Ruler of the earth.
Wisdom is a very
important element in an on-going relationship with God. Solomon became the
wisest man too ever live by the grace and power of Almighty God. Solomon was
the third and last king of united Israel. He was the second son of David and
Bathsheba the former wife of Uriah the Hittie.
The Bible records
that when he was born the Lord loved him. The Prophet Nathan called the child
Jediadah at birth, which means "beloved of the Lord.” However, his love
for women became one of his greatest weaknesses. His wives and concubines
affected his loyalty to God. While his father David was disobedient to God, he
repented early in life. But Solomon who also excessively taxed the people did
not learn the lesson of repentance until later in life.
2 Chronicles 7:14.
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and
pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from
heaven, and I will forgive their sin, and will heal the land."
In the previous
chapter of 2 Chronicles Solomon blesses the people and knells in prayer before
God. He renders a prayer of dedication for the Temple that has been completed.
Thus, an established place has been noted to worship God. The record also shows
that God does not need a physical structure to live in. Therefore you can
praise and worship God at any time and at any place.
In chapter 6
Solomon prays, he asks God to provide for the people when they sin. God
answered with four conditions for forgiveness:
1. Humble yourself
by admitting your sins.
2. Pray to God,
asking for forgiveness
3. Seek God
continually.
4. Turn from sinful
behavior.
True repentance is
action and not just talk. When one repents there is a change in behavior. If we
follow, the previously mentioned four steps to forgiveness God will grant
forgiveness. God answers a sincere prayer.
Related scripture:
2 Chronicles 6:37-39
6:37 "Yet if
they bethink themselves in the land whither they are carried captive, and turn
and pray unto thee in the land of their captivity, saying, we have sinned, we
have done amiss, and have dealt wickedly;"
Solomon made a
prediction that came to pass. Here Solomon predicts the captivity of the people
of Israel by the Babylonians. However he asks God to forgive them as they ask
for forgiveness through prayer. In Psalms 137 we see another scripture
reference to this prophecy.
Ezekiel 37:11 and
1-28.
"Then he said
unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they
say, our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off from our
parts."
Israel was in
Babylonian captivity during the time the scripture in Ezekiel was recorded.
Thus, it was actual history. This predicted historical event became a fulfilled
prophecy. God heard the groaning of the people and brought them out.
Meanwhile Ezekiel
as a servant of God is given the interpretation of the symbols noted in this verse.
In this chapter Ezekiel will see a vision of things that are about to happen.
The dry bones represent the children of Israel in Babylonian captivity. However
the Lord tells us that He will give them breath and restore them to a living
condition. Therefore, they will be returned to their land and united under our
king.
As the contemporary
church continues to move from God with their acceptance of the world, God is
still able. Thus, He can also restore any church. Therefore, true believers
must continue to pray for God to renew the church.
37:14. "And
shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place in your own
land: then shall ye know that I the Lord have spoke it, and performed it, saith
the Lord."
It is for sure that
all Christians that truly walk with God should hope and pray that God will put
His spirit in the church. God is calling His people back to God. Through God's
messages and prayer by the believers a dead church can become alive with the
spirit of God.
