CONFESS THE NAME OF JESUS AND BE BLESSED
In
the name of God Master of the universe Ruler of the earth.
To the Believers and the Christians,
Jews and Gentiles:
We greet you in the name of God realizing
that to counsel with God we must petition our Savior Jesus Christ who left us
the Power of the Holy Spirit when His ministry on earth was completed.
We declare in the name of God that
our confession to our Lord will allow us to defeat our enemies and walk through
the ring of fire. It will allow us Power over the worldly power merchants and
Peace in the knowledge of the Protectors of the faithful.
Our beginning scripture reference is
Revelations 3: 5-6. We will look at the last part of Verse 5 which reads:
"but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Verse 6: "He that hath an ear,
let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
Verse six maintains the solemn call
for the people of the churches to listen to what John is saying to the
churches. The Spirit of God directs John in his writings and this Spirit is the
word of God.
As we return to verse 5, how do, we
respond and/or interpret the passage: "But I will confess his name before
thy Father, and before his angels.
Our understanding of this scripture
will allow prayers that are not being answered to break through. It will allow
you to walk and speak boldly of the Word of God and our Savior Jesus Christ. It
will allow you to have a fearless Spirit because God provides supernatural
protection for the Believers.
John 14: 6: "Jesus saith unto
him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but
by me."
We thank God for providing a way to
petition the throne of God through prayer.
Matthew 10:32 gives us more clarity
toward understanding our beginning scripture in Revelations. The scripture in
Matthew reveals: "Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him
will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven."
Thus, if you confess your love for
God, Jesus will confess your name to the Father; confess means to be in
agreement. If you are in agreement with Jesus and do this before people, Jesus
will confess to the Father.
Another way to confess is to confess
publicly without reservation. When you are not ashamed of Jesus, you will be
blessed. As true Believers, we must stand up against the ungodly and those that
put down the power and Glory of our Lord.
Romans 1:16. "For I am not
ashamed of the gospel of Christ: For it is the power of God unto salvation to
everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."
This verse is a clear revelation that
true believers should take pride in the knowledge of God. Thus, the Believers
will reveal to the world any time, any place the Good News of Jesus Christ. In
so doing he will praise the Lord whenever the Spirit moves him regardless of
the company of the ungodly and the lost.
As we continue to unravel the message
in our initial scripture we will now turn to Luke 12: 8-9
Verse 8: "Also I say unto you,
Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess
before the angels of God:"
Verse 9: "But he that deny me
before men shall be denied before the angels of God."
Why is it necessary to confess before
the angels? We thank God for the supernatural power of angels as it relates to
the Believers.
Hebrews 1:14 "Are they not all
ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of
salvation?"
As spiritual beings angels are
messengers of God. Angels serve the Believers with protection; they proclaim
God's messages and execute God's judgment. Angels are the ministering Spirits
sent out in the service of God to assist those that are given salvation.
In conclusion we look at various scriptures
that reveal the acts of angels. In the book of Acts we find these revelations.
See Acts 2:3, 4: 12, 5: 14-20, 12: 1-11.
In Acts 12:7 we see the Angel of the
Lord coming to rescue Peter. If you as a Believer follow God's word angels will
assist and protect you through this life. We thank God for his messengers. We
thank God for His divine creation of angels with supernatural powers.
We thank God for the Revelations in
the sacred volume of Revelations. The prophecies of this book are rendered as
blessings to those that read, hear and obey the revelations in this book. Thank
you for reading these humble words. May the blessings of God forever be
extended to you? Peace and Paradise.
