ANOINTING SERIES: DISCERN TRUTH FROM LIES

PART 1: INTRODUCTION

Greetings Brethren,

The FreedomJournal will post a series of articles based on the erroneous notions noted by Mr. Brown. We advise the reader that those that come to distort the scripture can easily be identified. Therefore those that want to stay with God and Truth can clearly see the errors they make. Our first observation is that those that want man to have the power of God claim the Bible and/or particular scripture means something that is not a part of the particular scripture.

But the best way to dismiss this False Witness is to read and study the scripture. Therefore, we hope to present the scripture in question and offer a clear understanding of the passage. We trust that you will be able to see the errors of the Mr. Brown's and pray that they will turn to God and not keep leaning on man and their own understanding.

We will respond to what Mr. Brown has noted after the scripture he has noted. But as a preface we note the following: Many people that dwell on a superficial understanding of scripture take part of a verse and run with it. Also these same people take that phrase out of context and for the most part distort the entire verse.

Meanwhile we cannot make the Bible reveal personal meanings. We also note that many that come to distort the Bible do it for economic reasons. For the record a clear way to discern False Prophets and those that have a limited knowledge of scripture is seen in those that ALWAYS WANT TO CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE SOME POWER. USUALLY THIS POWER IS OF THE MIRACULOUS.

The people like Mr. Brown and the man in the flesh he serves who mostly likely is coaching him think they have powers like the Prophets/Apostles and Jesus Christ the Savior. These mis-guided and premeditated liars proclaim healing power, the power to speak in various languages while excelling in speaking Pig Latin; they also claim power to offer Prophecy etc.

However, Godly people are humble. Boasting of great power is not of God.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE COMMENTS MADE BY MR. BROWN

Dear Brethren,

Even though some of you don't believe in scripture, here are some for you.

1 John 2:27 "But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you...."

2 Corinthians 1:21 "Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God

Luke 4:18 "The spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor..."

Exodus 30:25 "And you shall make of theses holy anointing oil, a perfume mixture, the work of a perfumer, it shall be a holy anointing oil."

Exodus 30:30 "And you shall anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, THAT THEY MAY MINSTER AS PRIESTS TO ME."

The Bible says that the anointing consecrates us unto God, so that he may use in as he pleases. Why wouldn't God use us to heal, or do any other good works as he pleases?? What then is the anointing for and what are we for as Christians?? Is our sole purpose just to go to heaven? To worship him on Sundays and to talk heavenly but to do no works on this world?? I think that would be rather foolish don't you? We all have a purpose for some kind of ministry unto God and should be seeking to find it.

Mr. Brown responds to our statements and scripture references on Anointing. However he fails to refer are mention any scripture. We follow the Bible and not False Wicked Low-Down Hustlers that have invaded the Church.

MR. BROWN'S INITIAL RESPONSE TO ARTICLE ON GOD'S ANOINTING BASED ON FAITH WRITTEN BY FREEDOMJOURNAL

I certainly know that you follow not God's law. You follow your own law and call it God's. Anointing is when you are painted with the oil of the Holy Spirit which identifies you with Jesus. This happens upon Conversion. When you get saved, you are already anointed. The anointing has to manifest first, you have to be cleaned from sin and evil on the inside before you can use it for ministry. All Born again Christians are anointed, not just preachers or faith healers. We all have anointing; we just have to receive it. But people like you who don't believe anything regardless of how plainly written it is, can’t grasp it. We all are called to do some kind of ministry for Jesus Christ.

That is why we are called the body of Christ; we do what he did for the world in a multitude of ways. The entire church has anointing waiting to be received. Faith healers, have an anointing of healing, some are anointed to pray down strong holds, some for intercessory prayer, some prophecy, but all something. EVEN YOU! We all have a purpose for the anointing and we should be asking god to pour it upon us so we can use it, for the good of this evil world. I assure you

faith healers will not go to hell, but you might for your unbelief and lying. You are not the judge, and don't decide on who is going to heaven or hell, don't judge anyone because you don’t even know any of those people. You should seek your anointing from God and stop being so foolish and doubtful.

The power of God has NEVER and will NEVER be taken away from the earth. It is always made available through the anointing of God and Prayers of a righteous man. "The prayers of a righteous man availeth much."

Will you please get a grip on your anger and believe in God. He is limitless, and he will always use his saints to his glory with miracles.

God's Anointing Is Based on Your Faith

We regret that Mr. Brown is confused about the True Word of God. First we advise you to define anointing in the realm of God and not man. As we look at a scriptural reference (Samuel 10: 1, 6 & 1-27. We see that no man has a permanent lock on God's Anointing. Also we advise you to realize that no Preacher is anointed that have a great emphasis on money and only seeks to use God to get paid. Thus all of the Prosperity Preachers are Hell-Bound and so are the Faith-Healers.

We also advise all young Ministers that you need to stop listening to Hell-Bound Old Preachers. Read the Bible and follow God's Law. You will be held accountable. That is the Word and not what the FreedomJournal Thinks.

Samuel 10: 1. "Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured it upon his head, and kissed him, and said, Is it not because the Lord hath anointed thee to be captain over his inheritance?"

During the times of the Old Testament when a Hebrew King took office he was also anointed. The anointing was the religious act of making the king Gods representative to the people. He was always anointed by a Priest or a Prophet. The oil represented the presence and power of the Holy Spirit of God in his life. Most importantly this act of anointing was to remind the king that he was

to lead the people in the Wisdom of God and not his wisdom or the wisdom of man.

10:6. "And the spirit of the Lord will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man."

To be turned into another man means that he was changed from an uninspired to an inspired man. However how could Saul be so filled with the Spirit and later commit such evil acts? The Bible reveals throughout the Old Testament that God rendered the Holy Spirit often but in a temporary fashion so that God could use people for a certain purpose. Thus, we see temporary manifestations of the Holy Spirit. We also see the Holy Spirit coming over unbelievers to carry- out acts for God.

In the case of Saul in his early years he had a good heart and stayed with God as a result of the Holy Spirit in him. But as Saul grew in power, he became puffed -up as he left God he was fired and the Holy Spirit left him. Here we see the temporary residence of the Holy Spirit in Saul. The Holy Spirit can only take residence only in those who have put their faith in Jesus Christ.

Samuel 16:14. "But the spirit of the lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him."

Brethren and all those that walk and crawl the planet earth God will leave you if you leave God. Thus, many of the Preachers of today have been fired by God. Some were anointed some were not. One is a fool to think that every Preacher that claims he is Called and/or Anointed is actually Anointed by God. You can easily determine the Anointed one's. They don't lie. They don't claim that God wants you to give 10% of your income and claim it is a commandment from God.

Simply the anointed are Godly people and follow the laws of God and not man. Do you know any Preachers that follow God and not man?
